For over a decade, I had the privilege of working with Veterans Health Administration and U.S. Army medical doctors. These dedicated professionals often shared a common thread in their stories - a dream deferred.
Some had aspired to run their own practices, to be pillars in their communities, offering personalized care and creating opportunities for their staff. However, practice management and marketing challenges led them to abandon that dream and pick up a different path.
